Jess McMullin

Jess has worked on the web since 1996 and consulted for the Fortune 500, up and coming start-ups and innovative public sector institutions. After beginning his career in the public sector, Jess worked as a freelance user experience consultant, spent time with Fujitsu Consulting and then started his own firm in 2003. Now he has launched the Centre for Citizen Experience, a new venture dedicated to promoting design innovation in the public sector to improve strategy, policy making and service delivery.
